Yes, Best Memories Travel works within any and all realistic budgets, and an honest sharing of ideas and goals will help you to experience great value.

No, there are no fees for our travel planning services as the vendors involved recognize our value and compensate us from the gross amount paid (what you would have paid even without our assistance!).

Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance companies we carry.

Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans. An increasing number of countries require proof of medical insurance for travelers entering their country.

Call us right away. If it’s after normal business hours, please contact the next involved travel supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line) to cancel any reservations you will not be able to use. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact the insurance company’s 24-hour line to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.

Best Memories Travel is extremely cautious when it comes to choosing our business partners and vendors. We have partnered with one of the largest professional host agencies that has been in the business for over 30 years. This vetting of travel suppliers and support of the ‘good ones’ over the past 30+ years has given us preferred access to the world’s top trusted suppliers. In turn, they trust us to represent and care for the reputations they have earned over the years and to deliver the same high standard of care to our mutual clients.

We are dedicated to delivering top level service every time. We choose to work only with known, reliable providers to maintain a high standard of quality service.

Online you can often find great deals, but you do have to be careful that the company that you book is a solid company. If the company goes bust, you will lose your vacation and the money you paid for it.  Booking with Best Memories travel agency, knows the industry and they only deal with trusted suppliers.

With Best Memories Travel you can book the flight you want and the hotel you want separately and pay in installments for both –  and for cruises too! Plus we have partnered with trusted vendors who can assist you with great installment arrangements with a budget that is manageable for you. *Credit upon approval

If there is a problem or it’s a complex booking you can set up an appointment to talk to someone by phone, video call or even face to face if you live in the area.

Scanning online for travel can be overwhelming and very stressful. It is very time consuming; deciding where to go, researching what there is to do in the area and if it’s safe finding the right hotel, finding the right price – the list goes on… visas, how to get to the airport, how to get to the hotel when you land, blah blah blah. To get a good deal online you generally need to book with several providers; hotel company, flights company, airport transfers company etc so you have lots of different confirmations to keep track of. With a travel agency everything is in one place so you still get the flexibility for finding what you want for the right price, but without the messiness.

If you need to make changes or cancel your booking, we can work with you to and find you the best possible outcome whereas booking on line you are often faced with no response via emails or waiting 45 minutes for a call center to pick up the phone only to be told there’s nothing they can do. At Best Memories Travel, we will also tell you about what is and isn’t allowed when you book your travel so you can make informed decisions without having to read all of the terms and conditions (who even does that any way!)

We are paid by the resorts, cruise lines and other vendors, in most cases we do not charge a service fee.

Most vendors have price parity, the cost is same whether you book through us, direct with the resort, or with an online booking engine. Many times, we are able to find lower prices because of the volume of travelers we assist. If your travel is flexible, we can often find incredible discounts because of our partnership with other agencies.

Budget is important and we strive to get your dream vacation within the budget you've set for it. There's no pressure to go above and beyond what you're comfortable with. You can't enjoy your vacation when you're stressed out about paying for it.

We provide honest advice about all resorts and destinations to help you choose the perfect resort for you.

You also benefit from our extensive personal connections which carry a certain gravitas when needing anything addressed. We have an easier time getting you perks (like getting your room upgraded)—it's easier for us to get a "yes" because we work with them often.

We also arm you with our direct phone number to call and reach us if you need something while you're away. You won't get that from a travel site.

No. We have access to all the same pricing for resorts as the online booking sites do and we can price-match online booking engine pricing when comparing apples to apples.

In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that are not offered to the general public.

Ideally you should set a budget and share it with us, so that we can give you a realistic, fun, and memorable itinerary for a price you are comfortable with.

No! The deposit requirements are set by the resorts and the tour operators we book through. Deposit rates vary based on the resort or package you select, and the time you are traveling.

The deposit is made via Best Memories Travel directly with the resort, cruise line, tour operator or any other vendor we utilize to plan your travel. At no time does Best Memories Travel ever charge your credit card. In fact for us to do so, is a breach of our travel license. This way, you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking.

You will receive in writing the terms and conditions of your travel arrangements along with final payment dates and any other pertinent information.

Because you don't pay  Best Memories Travel for your vacation, there is no risk of losing your vacation through us.

When making your reservations, you provide us with your credit card information for booking. In turn, we provide that information to the vacation vendors (resorts, airlines, etc.). They charge your card.

This way, you are assured that every payment you make towards your vacation is applied directly to your reservation.

Our greatest strength is that this is not a job to us. It is a calling. This agency was birthed out of our great love and passion for travel. Not only do we love to enjoy our Best Memories, we love to share that joy with others.
